Low 90s is WAY too warm to incubate eggs, IMO.
I would hatch out eggs around 80-82, with a nighttime drop as well.
As far as the moisture aspect, I have known of good results that others have had with a decent amount of moisture, and then, way less moisture as well. All up to you. I was barely using any water in my vermiculite and had awesome results, but I know of others that used more than me and had awesome results as well.
I think the temp factor may be the overall theme here. Incubate them cooler, IMO. ----- Genesis 1:1
