Weird..... I've had leonis eggs hatch in as little as 49 days with temps around 82 to 85 but they were tiny and very stubborn feeders.......
78 to 80 seems to work well fir all my colubrids......
Geography is a variable here too......barometric pressure, humidity, elevation, etc.......
Those that use little to no water in the incubation substrate have had success.......but the ones I know that have done this live in a rather humid geographical location.......
I'd still use water in your incubation substrate since you live up in a low humidity area........ ----- John Lassiter
