I wasn't trying for low 90s. The building's system is one of those you have to set to heat or cool, and I'd left it on heat overnight (cold snap, close to freezing) then we had a warm up over the course of the day that got to upper 80s. Building got warmer than 80s--metal building. My incubator doesn't cool.

So I'm moving the incubator back inside.
