Dennis, that last one is what we call a Scrambled banded Newport. They are an aberrant form of Newport that pops out randomly in Los Angeles County. Only few have the amount of scrambled banding yours does. Most of them have a lot more striping to them. In the wild, that would be a pretty rare find, and they don't seem to be common in captivity either. My male Scrambled banded normally produces typical striped Newports, but did produce a nice scrambled banded one time and another that was slightly scrambled banded. Very cool. It goes to show what kind of genes are in the reverse spotted.

I'm surprised your aberrants from the 50/50 and dotted came out looking like that. That means the dotted has a mixture of the San Diego striped gene and Newport gene. I think one of them qualifies as an Aztec. Very interesting outcome! They look really nice.
