Eventually they'll find out what everyone already knows.....they are all related....mtDNA Nd Nuclear DNA will eventually determine a single relict ancestral snake......

What ever happened to taking phenotypes into consideration?......color, pattern, scale counts and other meristics.....

Cuz, I know for a fact that those common kings found out by the east side of the pecos river are not holbrooki.....they are splendida through and through....

Another controversial paper is the one in regards to knoblochi and pyromelana....phenotypes seem to be ignored nowadays.......and that is what was used so long ago to classify our animals.....I guess it's a lost art with technology and all......

These aren't splitters by the way Thomas.....if they are, they are the kind of splitters that are lumping......splitting species and lumping subs.......incorrectly in my honest opinion.....
