Just messing w/ the camera

Hey any of you better photo taking guys. How do you minamize the light reflection off of the animal? I have tissue paper over the lights to diffuse it but I still get the reflections. I like the structure of the photo's but need to work on getting enough light without all reflection. Any Thoughts?
