There are two Southern Plains or Thornscrub Ratsnakes pictured that you are probably referring to. They are our South Texas Cornsnakes actually......Meahllmorum. We call them Pantherophis guttatus meahllmorum......rather than emoryi.



The funky looking grasshopper is a Mormon Cricket but we call them Katydids even though they aren't.....LOL
