This is actually pretty funny, back when i worked at Ross Allens, 1970-71 aprox. We tested and used that combination of antibiotics.
I will warn you, overdosing can and does skin discoloration and when extreme overdose, skin death.
That combination was later replaced by baytril/amakasin(sp) Which is hard on the kidneys. The animals must be hydrated.
I have no idea what was recently popular, because of the ability to prevent gram-negative events. Don't stress them physically and gram negatives are history. Cheers
