Just absolutly georgeous .
I wish i could get back into making hybrids. They are the best selling colubrids ever.
Thing is you have to come up with something new. Like if someone could breed an Indigo into something else. HA HA! Though some will frown. The person that does succeed will be able to make a few house and car purchases.
Can you say IMPULSE BUY..cause that is who buys them when they see them offered. It is not something you start off looking for. i never sold snakes so quick and from so many diversed groups of people in herpetoculture. What happens with most herpetoculEurists is they stay withi, all those intersts go out the door. Everyone wants the cool factor. The lizard guys, the BP guys, the tort folks, newbies, top breeders ect... you name it. They all want it! If it looks outrageous, they will buy it because they are an impulse buy. Exceptionall new and pretty hybrids reach across all interests in herpetoculture. Steve osborne was no dummy when it came to making money before he had these and he knew when to get out of certain animals and get into (newer) others. Of course these Pastels have been around for a while so the interest in them is reflected in price since the $3500. price tag. But still WOW! Zweet looking animals.
Just goes to show you money talks and all the rest walks. -----
