i agree w/ FR looks like some sort of skin/fungal infection setting in. i would up temps to a hotspot of 95/100f and see if it changes anything, and or take it to a vet. for some tests. what you are seeing is NOT normal its your job to figure out what and why its happened and/or is.

good air exchange and good temp.&humidity choices go A L O N G WAY in overall health for kings.
