>>Do you just go to kingsnake.com's face book page? Or Do you join a group? What is everyone doing?

>>DAVY

there are several groups that have been set up. however, i only keep lampros so i've only joined a couple that are dedicated to what i like.

of the few that i'm a member of, i think that jorge's (a153fish) one is the most frequented. it's dedicated to all colubrids: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ColubridCrazy/

diego ortiz created a similar one, but hybrid discussion is forbidden (jorge has been very good about not allowing hybrid discussions in his group to degenerated like it so often does here), hence the name "non-hybrid colubrids": https://www.facebook.com/groups/498287090221982/

jimmy (KcTrader) created a group dedicated to locality lampropeltis and thus named: https://www.facebook.com/groups/LocalityLampropeltis/

i believe (although i may be mistaken) that all three moderate each of the groups. since they are closed groups there is zero tolerance for trolls. people who post garbage or try to incite other members are almost instantly removed from the group. additionally, if you don't like a members view on a particular topic/issue you can just set it where you don't see their posts/replies. very good for those who sound like a broken record. haha

it's also a lot easier to have private conversations with people too

anyway, hope to see you over there (and all of your pictures) soon davy.

i work with tri-colored west mexican lampropeltis. some morph, some hobby, and some locale.

everyone is entitled to their options, but no one's opinion will ever change how i feel about the snakes i keep and breed.
