Sorry about your husband(old guy) Water does not cure dehydration. Make sure there is no water loss thru dry air(ventilation). When kings are neonates, they live IN the ground and avoid water loss.



I am only saying this because, a major reason for not being able to digest properly is dehydration. Best wishes and good luck
