Questions about snakes and falls?

Yesterday I was feeding my desinger snow male cali king in his deli cup with some hemo stats. he was on top of the cage of another snakes he managed to leap out of his deli cup and fall to the floor. he feel a little bit over a foot. i checked him out and he appears to be fine. could taking a fall cause a snake be sterile later on in its life? my main concern is injury.
