RE: nj venomous permit application

I don't keep any venomous but I did alot of research on the permits, not just for venomous but all related herp permits in Jersey and never came across it. You'd probably have to call Trenton. On the NJ DEP website there's a link to contact them. You could start there. I've used it regarding field herping questions and always got a timely response. Good luck, they makes it sound like a real chore to obtain.
