Many Strict Laws....

NJ does not alow anyone to have many snake species as well as lizard species. And Most you need a permit for. Its so bad you can't even have a pet turtle without permits. Its rediculous and you obviously are not into herps that much. One thing that i fine most outlandish is that no species of crocodilian can EVER be owned be anyone in NJ. Even the smaller caiman that can get like 4ft maybe 5ft. There isn't even a permit you can get for it you'd have to like herps to understand the way we feel i guess....
