well ive seen worse and they recovered, basically same as has been suggested keep it a lil warmer dont soak it but leave a bowl in cage that it can soak if it wants to neosporin,polyporin work very well also povidine-iodine. leave alone offer small meals, and keep on clean paper towels good luck w/it,,,,,,,,thomas
