Hello, The permit app. is for all animals on the prohibited list.(birds,mamales,fish,reptiles.ect.) They are not concerned about the animals being venomous so much, just that they are housed properly and do not escape into our native habitat and that you have a plan to recapture them if they do get out. And what impact they would have on the native animales and their habitat.

I do understand the consern but the non controled and prohibited lists don't realy make much sents in that regard. I gess they had to start somewere.
