Oregon's laws are pretty stupid.. I keep amphibians as well as MANY other snakes, geckos, turtles, etc. .. and most of which were bought legally here in oregon, just last year.. cane toads, cuban tree frogs, green tree frogs..etc.. Are all now illegal to own...AND NON of which can survive the winter here.. It is illegal to spare the life of a bullfrog.. It must be turned over to be HUMANELY KILLED.. if there is such a thing..



Frankly, you can keep whatever you can get away with...lol. just be careful who you tell. Or.. do it the legal way and apply for permits and breeding/business lisense..
