This is a really poor guess, but your question is superb. Its not the popular types that many would know.
Ok, OK, northern baja, to western ariz(yuma) all the way on the southern border area, then north to Three points(where I will be going in a few minutes, with luck, I may be able to post a pic) has that pattern type of king.
Why I say my answer is poor is, while they do occur where I said, kingsnakes have a habit of be sneaky and having odd populations in all sort of odd places. Such odd places as between Mammoth and Winkleman, have narrow banded brownish kings.
