Its that isolated population that you see at the extreme eastern part of their range when you look at a range map. They are fairly mellow for a Pituophis and become very handsome as adults. An average adult is 5' to 6' long but they are capable of getting to 7' or so on rare occasions. [ Hide Replies ]
