That's what makes these a lot of fun. Such a dramatic transition from hatchling to adult, and there's many times in between when they shed that it's like a different version of the snake over n over. You'll see times when the color is so cool you wish they'd retain it, and then they shed again and you like the next color even better. Plus the differences in the male and females looks not too mention hets is also a plus. These are way cool
