Posted by: CJinNH at Wed Sep 14 17:05:53 2005 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by CJinNH ] well the cage looks great, but Pine shavings are not a good Idea for any snake, they can ingest them and cause impaction, also the dust can clog their nostrils and/or heat pits if they have them.(not sure on the pits I don't deal with Kings at all.)You might want to consider using cypress mulch instead, it also hold moisture better then the pine shavings and isn't all too much more expensive.
