Yep 
We already go there a couple times a year and have a house pmt. I plan to work with splendida and pyros 'cus I can study them in the field. Plus, those desert kings are starting to grow on me. I love my little two yr. old female, and I've seen about 20 w/c already.
We will be leaving in about three yrs, after my wife retires. I only have four more semesters
