My sister used to live in LA but not New Orleans area. From what she knows of the Mayor and Gvnr there to call them just incompetent would be a compliment to both .
Every type of screw up they could do when it comes to anything they did. The hurricane hit hard,dams broke but these two are the last two polticians you want in an emergency handling anything.
