I always depress the plunger to "break the seal" a bit before inserting the tube into the snake's mouth. I've had instances in the past where I've had to really push the plunger to get it to depress and then it "shoots" the contents into the snake. Does that make sense? It can be dangerous for a small snake. But if you let the plunger and the grate sort of start to puree it, it will go down a lot smoother and gentler. Hope that helps. | ||
