What kingsnake to get?

I've been thinking about getting a kingsnake for a while. I've had my boa for over a year, and she is growing fast and perfectly healthy, and now i want a kingsnake. I was thinking a mexican black king or just a normal california king. What do you guys think? I want something i can hold.
