That snake is a true splendida caught by Todd and myself from the heart of splendida range in west texas, a montane locality above 4000'. I've got a pair and Todd has that lone male. It's a new project for me and I took Todd along for the ride so he get's to share in it.

>>Todd, that's so nicely contrasting it makes me wonder if it is from captive breeding or possibly a cross of snakes from different areas. Most w/c I've seen are nowhere that nice. I have thought it was w/c in the past. Whatever, it should produce some knockouts. Thanks...TC
