I got two tips for you. One is t put down packing tape sticky side up along the floor boards and other places you think it might go. If the snake gets caught on the tape use olive oil to get it off. The next thing is to put plastic bags behind your furniture. Especially in the bedroom. With both the bags and tape you will hear the snake when it finds these things.
