I know that he needs to get treated by a vet, but I am leary on calling places since you need a permit to have a turtle, which I do not have. He still eats which is a good sign. It also seems that the abscess has popped a little and gone down some, but i doubt it will go away completely. If someone could please help me as to what to do or let me know if it is alright to go to a vet without a permit and where, it would be greatly appreciated. | ||
