Looks good. Nice looking snake. One suggestion I have is a larger water bowl. A lot of the candoia species will use a large water bowl for soaking from time to time.
From the photos I would say it is Candoia Carinata carinata (Pacific OR New Guinea Tree Boa also sometimes called solomon island tree boa)
I would try to feed it an anole or tree frog just to get it eating. Then try to switch it to mice once you have a snake that eats for you.
