I incubate and let baby Tokays hatch out with the adults and leave them there till 6-9 months of age or I sell them. Tokays will actually guard over and be protective of their eggs and young. I've never had any babies eaten by adult Tokays. I wouldn't put babies in with any adults though, and if they were not hatched in the adult tank I would be worry of putting them in there. Its pretty interesting watching large adults and very small hatchlings interact together.
