Since neither are of breeding age I wouldn't hibernate until they are both 2-1/2 to 3 years of age and only when they are both of breeding age and if you have a male and a female or if you have another owner that has the opposite sex for breeding loan. Otherwise I would continue on a normal feeding schedule and temps.
