Well, it's about that the time of the year where it's getting colder in some parts of the country so it's normal behavior for them to go into estivation. The frog shouldn't have been disturbed. Try raising the temperature around the frog to 75-82F. This should stimulate appetite and the frog should eat. Be sure to keep the temperatures up even after feeding to allow for digestion.
