It's never good to house different species together because of bacteria that is carried. For instance the redfoot could carry a bacteria that doesn't bother it but could be a pathogen(disease-causing bacteria)to another animal species. Not to mention I just saw a picture of a sulcata chomping down on a lizard it caught outside, on the africantortoise yahoo group.
