I have read alittle about this, it seems plausible BUT until I see some bonafide writeups on the technique and whether it is accurate or not I will not be drilling holes in my exasperatum...Doc Sewards technique with ultrasound seems to work (on Gilas) and is far less invasive IMO.

I bet its not cheap either...
