Good news! now they are both feeding for me...it seems they were imported to the U.K. from Syria!!
I think I've pinned them down now to 'Coluber Jugularis'...known locally as the Syrian black snake.However C.jugularis is'nt always black.
Nice snakes but very shy compared to my 'Coluber constictor'!!
