That is a MALE! Those are what I call "waxy Spiral Secretions from the Males' Femoral pores". Even though the picture is blurry I can also very slighty see the bulging of Hemipenes about 1/8" down from vent. Let me know where you see the two Hemipenes? This is a Breeding age MALE.

Look back down the Plated Lizard Forum at my past postings and you will see that You know how to Sex this species that you have.
