If by "vivarium" you mean a part land/ part water setup (technically a "paludarium", then it will be fine but not necessary. Toads like to soak now and again, but they don't need a big pool of water (unless you are trying to breed them). You'll also have a lot more drowned crickets.

Toads do not need UVB.
