It's a false map turtle (_Pseudogeographica sp._).
It could be _P. pseudogeographica ouachichitensis_, which is sometimes listed as _P. ouachitensis_. The differences are fairly semantic, however, depending on the source. It's all about the thickness of the crescent behind the eye, whether or not there's a spot under the jaw, etc. The thing is that it's not uncommon to have hatchlings from one nest come out looking like different sub-species.
