I have a question about the flexwatt heat tape.
From what I saw, it's just a metal coil you plug in to the AC that heats up, I'm assuming it would last much longer than a standard light bulb (which is what I use) and also I would assume it uses much less electricity.
I replace my bulbs often, and my electric bill is really high.
Does the heat tape use less electricity and last longer?
