Actually Haitian Boas and many other species of insular Epicrates set up properly are NOT difficult to feed at all. I've bred even Epicrates gracilis to f-3 generations with little problem. Ectothermic prey is prefferred by neonates with most species and a couple like gracilis feed on them thu-out their life but they present little problems if one has a bit of experience with them....
