I am thinking about getting a male. Does any one have first hand experience with this species?

How big do the get?
What 's their temperment? I have read that they are very docile.
How do the compare with the boa constrictor (BCI)?

Alternate suggestions?

I am looking for a docile snake that is some what girthy and grows between 5 -8 feet. The Bredli seems to be the closest other than the boa.
