Well your wish list is somewhat wishful thinking, hehehehhee, I know a lizard that tames really easy and is beautiful/ nice pet, thats a collared lizard... BUT they do need the uvb if keep indoors, it's a must.
And skinks are awesome, I have a Merake BTS (some are skiddish.)
Crested and gargoyle geckos get somewhat tamish when handled, and do not need uvb.
