How do you know this is a cross?
If you purchased it as P. c. brongersmai....what makes it a breitensteini?

To base your conclusion on color alone is NOT an accurate method of determination.

(Meristics....that is a word for the day.)

The crossing of such similar animals will only lead to more confusion...until even scale counts become worthless.

As a side note:
I would suggest that if anyone is interested in seeing photos of hybrids to visit the hybrid forum.
THIS forum should remain a place for those who prefer to maintain clean "blood"lines.
Not trying to ruffle any feathers...or scales...
