are they on newspaper?
I'd try to pop open it's mouth, maybe it's a fat lip and it got caught on teeth.
I never seen anything like it, but i do know that sometimes it looks worse than it really is.
So if you have a vet, or if your comfortable with this snake see if you straighten jaw out with tweezer(don't use force)..remember I am not a vet, but I have seen a crappy vet do more harm than good too.
