Yeah get that baby to a Vet as soon as ya can. Looks like a type of blister disease. The mouth looks extremely sore, infected, the way she is hanging it open almost looks like MBD, but I do see sores or what appears in the pic as sores.

I'm sorry she is sick, but woudl not waste any time in getting her seen. If indeed it is blister diease it spreads and is quite painful to them.

Let us know how she does
