triple=beam scales are very expensive though, as they are designed to be very accurate, probably more so than most mid ranged digital scales.
A typical digital scale that weighs in 1g increments are not that expensive...usually around $25, maybe less if they are on sale. I have seen them at Walmart, HomeDepot and pretty much anywhere that sells kitchen products.
