SSSSSUP?
I brumated mine at 65-75f for two months from Dec-Jan, they never went into any sort of hibernation like my gilas do.
...Febuary 1st warmed um to normal 85-88f started the feeding them a ton couple days after. Basically fed them all they could eat until they backed off on thier own about mid April.
I started trying to pair up animals mid April n my first lock up was April 25th. My males became restless restless at this time I kinda wonder if my beadeds n Gilas didn't sync up in one colony sort of. I was determining some animals sexes and my males did have muzzled combat the day before the breeding...fyi***
They bred multiple times a day over about a week to ten day period, then she began apparently avoiding him, so I separated them. I noticed her swell up noticably about a week after her last mating. Just my experience this first season trying to breed heloderms I could be way off somehow still.
