It would not be wise to even attempt to breed a specimen that thin. It has no fat reserves. I'm not one to overfeed heloderms but I'de build up some weight on her and try a breeding next year. Chances are a pregnancy won't occur in the shape she's in but if it happens it could jeopardize her health....just my opinion.
