I bought two more johnii today for a total of five. The three I had originally are gentle I never even thought of them biting. I was bit by a roughscaled sand boa on a finger joint a few days ago. I was surprised how hard it bit and the bloody tooth marks. Must have long teeth. I just reached in the cage to move the water dish and it nailed me. A very very good lesson to never keep poisonous snakes.
